I developed anxiety after I caught Covid and suffered a couple of medical conditions during recovery. I also had burnout from years of poor work habits and not enough relaxation time
I am now far less anxious and can manage any episodes with the help of the tools I have learnt. I have been reminded of the pleasure to be had from the little things in life. As a result, I am far more relaxed and more productive during a day!
I can now see going back to work as something to be welcomed and not feared. With the change in my working week, I will have time for myself and better quality time with family and friends.
